I've been working on the beta for this (Charm) for quite a few months.
I know it's only version 1 and there's a huge amount of work to do before it even begins to do what 2019 does, but I was hoping on the release version to at least be able to open it before it crashed.
Understand that as I've been on the beta team, I'm quite OK with cleaning up previous builds before installing new ones.

But seeing an error message saying that a Library is missing is a bit strange.
    Can anyone help?

Hi John, sorry to hear this. I hope it's fixed now.

However, if you see this error the next time, delete the eLearning Assets folder in /Users/Shared/Adobe and run the CleanPreferencesMac utility. Then restart Captivate.

Saurav, since I was on the Charm beta, I'm aware of this standard cleanup process. What I wasn't expecting was the new requirement to have the latest version of MacOS installed in order to work.
All through the beta, Big Sur was just fine to use. And then Adobe sneaks in the higher OS requirement.
I guess I wasted my time on the beta because I can't use it now.

This is very interesting and I look forward to exploring it. Unfortunately the link for the new version goes to CP 2019.

just go to the US link (remove your country code from the link)
    Par for the course, though.
