Hi

We are soon to be putting our Captivate created content into an LMS and after having a meeting with one of the LMS people they tell me SCORM 2004 would be better than 1.2

I have looked at my settings in Captivate and it only has an option for SCORM 1.2 and not 2004

Is Captivate not able to publish for 2004? I am using Captivate 5.5

What are the differences for 1.2 and 2004?

Cheers

Jonny

Captivate supports both SCORM 1.2 as well as 2004.

Go to Quiz -- Quiz Preferences, Choose Manifest next to SCORM and modify it to 2004.

Thanks for that.

All my Captivate files have been made in 1.2, so if I change these to 2004 will it mess anything up with what I have created?

Changing from 1.2 to 2004 should not affect anything in your content.  You may just need to try a few different SCORM settings to find the best fit with your LMS.
