Scrolling Panel in Captivate Classic

I need to have a screengrab scrollable on the slide in captivate Classic. I also need hotspots to scroll so that the user can click the links in the screengrab.

Storyline has the scrolling panel feature, this is exactly what I need in Captivate Classic. 

Is this possible in Captivate Classic?

The obvious solution is simply to use Storyline, but that's not possible on this occassion.
