Send for Shared Review Feature is Not Sending Emails

I'm trying to use the "Send for Shared Review" option under "File" to share files using my internal server. When I click the check box to send an email and proceed using the "email" button it *looks* like it works, but I don't receive the email (I used a couple of my own addresses to test it out). I have my email address in the General Settings under Project Info, so it shouldn't be because of that. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

That option is meant to be used with the Captivate Reviewer app. It is an AIR application, which means that it is based on Flash technology. Do you have Reviewer installed?

Thank you, yes I got my employer's tech support to help me install Reviewer and Air SDK today.

*Sorry, I should have said they installed it earlier today before I tried using the feature. I'm still having the issue.
