Sent Tutorial in Presenter via email but can't open

Hi,

I have received a series of tutorials in presenter via an email, however when I attempt to open them 4 squares appear with a blue light that flashed clockwise around the squares but the tutorials won't open. Any help greatly appreciated.

Correct answer Jorma_at_CoSo

It sounds like either the output files of Presenter were not uploaded correctly to that site or the group producing the presentations needs to either apply the patch to Presenter found here, Problem with HTML5 output Presenter 11 and PPT 16 , or update to Presenter 11.1 and re-publish the presentations. You will need to talk with the group that is providing you access to the exam portal.

I received a link to an exam portal I can open the PDF documents that are also contained there, but I can't open any of the presenter files.
