Shared Action in Question Pool

I have got a template from my friend and wanted to use it in one of my project. I have created question slides and they are working OK with custom success/failure message but when I try to move those question to question pool in order to make random slide there is something strange happens,The custom success/failure message are not showing. I have tried to find out and notice that when I click on shared action there is empty entry,I have tried to find my success/failure variable but are not available in the list. How to make those variables available in question pool?
