Sitting on top of this white button shape is a smart shape and svg. All the green boxes and arrows are not displaying in preview or when I publish. Any idea?

This is a screenshot of a master slide and the timeline of a master slide. Did you use the master slide to create a slide? Master slides don't show up in a published file or when previewed, only the normal slides do show up.

I did use the master slide to create a normal slide. See below:

Also you can see that the SVG check marks are "spazzing out" as two are not being displayed on two of the green boxes.

It is bit strange to create a master slide, with shape buttons that will not display InBuilt states because they are on the master slide, and then that master slide is used only once. But that is off topic. I mention it because I suspect that the checkmark has to appear after viewing, which would be a lot easier using states.

The checkmarks are SVG's (I use that checkmark character from Webdings font, much easier since it can be label in the shape, it is not possible to fill a shape with a SVG at this moment). How were those SVG's created and what are the Position and Size Properties, since this is a responsive project? Is that master slide built as a responsive project, everything resizing and located with responsiveness in mind? It is a lot easier with less objects to keep manage a responsive project layout than with that multitude of objects: SVG on a shape which have to be kept together, than they have to be located relative to a (white) button?

It is no explanation for your issue, should have to see it myself. SVG's can cause issues although they are excellent for different screen sizes because they are vector based. I suspect the issue is related to the setup of the responsive project.

Thanks for the help Lilybiri. I decided to go ahead and remove the SVGs. I tried them in a non responsive project and got the same issue. The svgs come from my parent company in Germany, so it could be the software they used to create the svgs may be having an impact using them within captivate.

Sure, I always create them using Illustrator, but have to use strict setup to be able to use them in Captivate.
