Software simulation blurred/not clear on captivate 8

Hi,

During the software simulations on captivate 8, the simulations are blurred and the text typed is like a "pen that has been leaking" only AFTER THE PUBLICATION (whereas before the publication, the screen/simulation/text are clean/clear).

Any idea about what's wrong here ?

    How do you deploy the simulation? Is if for SWF or HTML5 output? For both you have to launch from the proper HTML-file. For SWF output it is a .htm file with the same name as your project, for HTML5 is the index.htm file.

    It is for HTML5.

    And yes I do launch it from the HTML file and I choose the index .htm to view it.

    I havent checked the rescale option when publishing but when I go back to the project, the rescale "settings" are the same as the one I used initially...


    I don't understand your last sentence about rescaling. And could you post a screenshot? Check also the exact version number, because for 8 a patch was released, don't know if you installed it?
