Transfer to Moodle

Hi everyone,

I am relatively new to Adobe Captivate Charm, I have just uploaded my first course to our Moodle LMS and  I am having issues with how it has transferred across. Things are looking different in the SCORM package to how they did when previewing the course within Captivate - It looks like it is opening in Tablet format, even though we are viewing it on a computer monitor?

Has anybody else encountered this/does anybody know how to prevent it?

Many thanks in advance!

Sadly no.  That's something that Captivate 2019 did by default, and we have been pleading with Adobe ever since Captivate 12 was released for them to give us back this functionality.

Unfortunately, Adobe doesn't regard this as more important than adding other features most of us do not care about.

Captivate content is responsive, so the presentation is based on the size of the browser and/or device. If you are on a computer, can you:

    • Try a different browser
    • Confirm you don't have the browser set to mimic a device
    • If you upload to a webserver or another LMS, does it affect how it's displayed?

    Thanks for your response.

Unfortunately we do not have another LMS and it is the same on every browser. 😞

Is there a way to lock the course, so it displays the same despite the browser and/or device size?
