Unable to open Captive 2019 in new Captivate

Hi All,
 
I recently made the jump from Captivate 2019 to the latest version of Captivate via the Adobe subscription model. Unfortunately, I’m having challenges importing my captivate file from the 2019 version into the new Captivate.
 
Is anyone able to provide any insight as to how I might be able to import Captivate files from the 2019 version?  When I double click on the file of interest, I’m only return to the intro/home page of Captivate. Alternatively, when I try to identify my file using the Open button and navigating to the location of the file, the file doesn’t appear as an option.

Hi @jamal_8073 

As of Captivate 12.3, you cannot open projects created in CP 2019 on Captivate 12/12.1//12.2/12.3.

This is in the roadmap.
