Unable to open file in Captivate 2019

Hiya, I was sent a captivate file via we transfer, I have downloaded it and tried to open after extract all and it won't open up, I keep getting an error message, can anyone help me with the problem?

    That error message is not relevant because it appears for many types of errors.

    Here are some possibilities:

    • You have an older version than the version this project was created in. Beware: version 11 and 11.5 are not compatible although they both are under the common name 'CP2019'.
    • You mentioned 'extract all'? That is worrying, because a cptx-file is essentially a zipped folder which should not be unzipped.
    • Less possible: the file was not closed on the original system before sending it.
