Video Demo Capture, Custom Boundary Failure

New Here ,
May 03, 2017 May 03, 2017

When I start a new Video Capture with the custom setting, I am able to set up the custom boundary and get a full video.

However, the Video does not capture within the red box outlining the designated area, but rather it captures the same size area shifted upwards and leftwards on the screen, so that it appears as in the image shown.

Is there any fix to this? I have tried reinstalling and restarting my machine to no avail.upload.png

In the tags I see Captivate 9, but can you mention the full version number please?

It's actually the newest Captivate 10. And the issue was resolved by running Captivate in Admin mode and decreasing text size on screen

That was indeed misleading. I would have suggested to look at the Display % in Win10 because it is often set to a value >100%.
