Video from Server in Captivate 8 for HTML5

I have Captivate 8. I am exporting to HTML5.

I am attempting to play a video from a video server. I can get it to play if I use Event Video, but HTML5 tracker indicates it is not compatible with HTML5 because it needs to be progressive download. When I select Multi-Slide, it ask for a a local path.  What am I missing?
