Why can't I access the learning interactions in Captivate?

I'm using the free trial for Captivate but when I try to access the learning interactions, the page that comes up is too big for me to see to click any sort of apply or submit button. I click on the "glossary" for example but nothing happens. I can't re-size the page either.

There is an alternative work flow: use Insert, Widget. You'll have to browse to this path: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Interactions_9_0

I don't know what is wrong with the dialog box for the Interactions: are you on a retina screen?

I tried using the insert  widgets but the learning interactions are not included in that - I want to use the glossary.

what is a retina screen - just using an ordinary laptop.

The list page of interactions is too long and I can't select OK or submit or apply or whatever is on the bottom of the page

Please, be careful: this is a public forum. I just deleted your credentials in your previous answeR.

Did you check the path that I gave you? If the interactions are not there, they are not installed at all.  The resolution of your laptop must be very low in that case. That is the reason I offered you the other way where you get a list instead of thumbnails in a dialog box that seems to be too big for your screen settings.

Thanks - it looks like it's a resolution problem. I had one of the abode people on chat. Thanks for your reply - I can't seem to fix it. And I was unable to access a non-icon list.

Did you check at least that path, please. If you cannot access the list, it means that you didn't install the interactions. Which OS do you use?

I checked the learning path but I don't see how it connects with the program.

How do I know if I downloaded the interactions ?

I asked you to check this 'path' on your system:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Interactions_9_0

It should have the Learning interactions. You tell me that you cannot access them with Insert, Widgets, but did you browse to that folder? The list with all the interactions should be there if you installed them. On my system this is what I see (some interactions have been updated already, then you'll see also the backup files)
