Why can't I tab to my click boxes?

We just got Captivate 9 and I noticed that I cannot tab to click boxes on the slide, even in Preview mode. Accessibility is enabled and Hand Cursor is checked. These click boxes worked fine (I could always tab to them) when we had Captivate 6 but now we can't tab to them in Captivate 9. Is there some sort of setting I'm overlooking?

    Click Boxes are invisible at runtime. How would you know that you had arrived at one when tabbing?

    They used to be highlighted in yellow when tabbed to. All I know is that we were able to tab to them and now we are not. We have to be able to tab to all interactive objects for 508 compliance.

    Try using a transparent button instead.
