Your Captivate license has expired

Hello Everyone,

I have a license assigned to my e-mail, but every time I log in to the software, I receive an expired license message.
I've tried all the solutions in this article with no success. 
Also, Adobe support walked me thru these steps without success.

I would appreciate it if anyone could help.

    If you received your license from the Adobe eLearning Community then you can email 

    elcommunity1@adobe.com for assistance.

    I started a fresh install on my (another computer) laptop and received a message from Adobe "We have assigned a license to ...."
    And it works.
