How to get a puppets Hair behind the body to move in the Walk feature

Yes, those new videos worked. Okay, so during the walk the head is moving up and down, but the rear hair and hat are not. Because the head ducks down a bit, you can see the rear hair and hat above the head.

I normally put the neck tag on the body - you have neck and head on the same handle. You might experiment with these handles to avoid the head ducking down so badly.

My best solution for this one is to make the head dependent (not independent). Put sticks across shoulders and along chin line to stop warping (so neck bends instead). Then you can make rear hair independent but attached to head, so it moves with head. Because your character has a tallish neck, this works.

But I unable to connect the dots as to how this can help my issue. I tagged the back hair as Hip and also tagged it as Walk, but neither seemed to help the problem.
