Unable to obtain successful test with Adobe connect or Flash player.

I have a iMac and have followed the instructions for updating Google and installing Adobe and Flash player on my system.  I have been unable to obtain a successful test for Adobe connect or Flash player after multiple installations and tests.  I don't know what else to do.  Help!!

    Or just download the desktop application and don't worry about fighting with the browsers.
