Applikationen: Seite nicht verfügbar wenn Photoshop installiert und Sprache Deutsch eingestellt

Hallo, 

ich habe erstmals Creative Cloud Desktop unter Windows 11 installiert. Sobald ich Photoshop installiere, wird die Seite Applikationen nicht mehr geladen. Komplette Neuinstallation und Abschalten der Firewall behebt den Fehler nicht. Wenn die Standardinstallationssprache von Deutsch auf Englisch umgestellt wird, lädt die Seite wieder. Ebenso wenn Photoshop deinstalliert wird. @adobe Can you fix it?

that's a problem on adobe's end.  give them time to resolve it.

Selbes Problem, wenn ich versuche die Apps von der Adobe-Website zu installieren.
