CC doesn't recognize my plan

hello, for years now I have a payed plan including all apps, but today as I searched for upgrades it looks like despite the plan is active and regular the apps arre not available( they are working on my device- I checked the plan, I checked the connected device, it looks ok, - any suggestion?bug adobe (2).jpg

hello

I haven't try as it solved itself somehow, I tried only to log out and log in , check the plan, shut down and relaunch the pc before writting the issue. I will definetly try if this will happen again, thank you very much

i'm not sure the op is returning so, in that linked message's correct response:

 

"Logging out of CC, clearing cache, and then logging back into CC again."

 

do you know what "clearing cache" means?  does the cc desktop app have a setting to clear its cache?
