How to Import Adobe CCLibs Locally to One Device Without Syncing Across All Devices

Hello Adobe Community,

I am looking for a way to import Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries (CCLibs) locally to a single device without syncing them across all my devices. I want to manage and use these libraries offline on my Mac. Is there a method or workaround to achieve this?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
