Im asked to upgrade Creative Cloud when i already have a full subscription?

I run 2 versions of creative cloud, 1 on my desktop and 1 on my laptop (both Mac).

I havent used creative cloud on my laptop for 1 year. Its asking me to upgrade?? yet i have a full subscription which is active. 

 Any ppinters would be greatly appreciated 🙂

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

 

if that shows your subscription is current, sign out and then in to the cc desktop app on the problematic computer using the same adobe id.

 

you'll probably then need to update your cc desktop app.
