Uninstallation error

Hello,

I uninstalled the Substance 3D painter a while ago but I keep receiving the notification on the Creative Cloud wherever i want to remove or keep the preferences. My problem is that even when I don't have the app on it pops out multiple times when I'm working or doing anything on my laptop. I tried to install it again and just keep it there but the problem continues the same. Thank you so much!

reinstall substance 3d

then uninstall substance 3d, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

Have you tried choosing either Remove or Keep? (You didn't say.)
