I solved this but i thought the devs should know.

From my macbook:

I saved a file on photoshop (beta) to creative cloud

switched to my Desktop:

Creative Cloud Desktop App>Files>Click to open saved project

Error Message: "Must install photoshop" And prompts you to install it, and starts the download quickly.

Because Creative Cloud Thinks of the files as "Photoshop 2024" Native files, and it doesn't clock that "Photoshop (Beta) 2024" is capable of opening the files too.

A small bug that can be worked around by opening Photoshop Beta and clicking the file directly,  but could cause a headache for some users
