Hi @westdr1dw,
Thanks for the screenshot. You may see multiple Illustrator Beta entries because the Creative Cloud app can show different release series at the same time (for example a 29.x BETA alongside a 30.x Beta). Currently, Illustrator has 29.9 and 30.0 both build available in Beta for testing and you have downloaded both. That's why two Illustrator versions appear in the Updates list.
About Photoshop, can you tell me whether the standard (GA) Photoshop entry is missing from All Apps, or are you only missing Photoshop (Beta)? Also let me know which operating system and which Creative Cloud Desktop version you’re running.
Let me know what you see.
Abhishek

It appears you are only looking in "updates". What happens when you click the Back button or the Home tab?

Thanks, all
I see what happened now. PS icon disappeared from the recent updates section. Not sure why since LrC is still there and both were updated on the same day, as I recall anyway. Be nice if they would remain in this section to know the last update>

I looked at your screenshot again and see that the dates are not in order at all, which is odd. I'm glad this worked for you all the same and that you're up and running again.

Not sure what is going on with CC Menu. I was in the Release Notes earlier today. They were showing a new version in roll out. Just checked a few minutes ago and it shows April was the last release. However, the April ver (6.6.0.611) is older than the version I am using (6.7.0.278). A wish Adobe would release their Changelog. They have to have one for the developers. Several of the other larger apps make this available to the user.

Hi @westdr1dw . It looks like an oversight where the release notes for version 6.7 weren't published. I'm checking with the team.

Hi @westdr1dw , we've updated the release notes to list version 6.7 for completeness. As @kglad mentioned, we're in the process of rolling out the next version (6.8) so you'll see the notes for that as well.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Not sure what you mean bt foreground. I have tried everything to update CC. When using Win: Ctrl + Alt + R it does not respond. I have also checked and under CC/File/General also set to Auto Update. Attempted to re-install Creative Cloud app. When installing runs and no updates. I think what it is doing is seeing CC is already there and shuttong down.
Reallly do not want to uninstall all the apps, only to re-install once again. If there is no other solution and not critical I can live without the update.

repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html
if that fails and you have windows, open your control panel > add/remove programs > cc desktop app > repair
if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes... and then reinstall using*
if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)
if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>
if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.

By @westdr1dw
He meant to confirm the the Creative Cloud app is active. Sometimes an application is visible, but not active. If you aren't sure, click on it once to bring it to the front of any other apps that might be running.

Yes, CC is active when I run CTRL+ALT+R.
My assumption is either the new release is not applicable to all Creative Cloud versions. (Very remote).
Problem with the Creative Cloud app which refuses to restart after running the above keys. (Highly likely)
Is it worth going through the trouble of removing all CC apps to replace CC. Not sure if the juice is worth the squeeze. Unless there is something I am missing with not having the most recent version of CC?

After running up to the point of removing Creative Cloud it is not allowing me to remove CC without first removing all apps first.
Question is whether or not I can remove it with Windows Uninstaller?
