Hello, I didn't know how to cram the issue into the subject so here goes.

I have a creative cloud all-apps plan. Today morning, when I sat down to work, I found myself locked out of most of them except for Photoshop, In copy, Character Animator, LrC, Br, ID, Ru, Animate, and Dreamweaver.

Could somebody please help/explain what went wrong?

Thank you in Advance!

Works fine, thanks.

Here is a step-by-step guide to clear the Adobe cache on a Mac:

- Open Finder.
- You can access the library by selecting it from the Go To drop-down menu (if you do not see the Library option, press the Option key).
- Go to the Application Support/Adobe/Common folder.
- Delete the "Media Cache" and the "Media Cache Files" folder.

Thats it.

Hi @Oblivion99, @dreamfield,  did you recently change the install language for your apps? From the Creative Cloud desktop app, click on your avatar at the top right > Preferences > Select the Apps tab > Check the "Default install language".

I am having the same issue. The apps open without issue when I open them using system shortcuts, though.

Hey,

So I got in touch with the support and they told me it was because of a technical issue on the server's end.

You can solve it by

1. Logging out of CC, clearing cache, and then logging back into CC again. This worked for me.

2. If the above mentioned doesn't solve the issue, check out:  https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html#sa_src=web-messaging

Hope your issue gets resolved soon!

@Oblivion99

which cache are you clearing and how did you clear it?

Hello friend,

Go to your program files(×86) in C disk and find Adobe folder in your user folder and clear all the  .temp files. Or better. yet, open settings > system > storage > temporary files > remove files.
