For the size of these companies you think they could provide actual support for paying customers that have questions ???? I mean wtf.

thanks for your help. I changed the cookies settings and it works again. Still not sure why it suddenly stopped working in the first place 😉 thanks for the help here! Does Adobe compensate anyone here for the support or this is community helping each other ?

there are benefits to becoming a community expert but we're not employees nor independent contractors.
look up the adobe community expert program.
p.s. sometimes just clearing adobe.com cookies will solve adobe website problems.
