Adobe Portfolio: can't upload images

New Here ,
Sep 29, 2022 Sep 29, 2022

I am trying to update my portfolio website, but I can't seem to upload any pictures? I can only do so though the lightroom gallery or by dragging and dropping them onto the page. I need the 'upload image' function to import pictures for my logo and background images so it's quite annoying.

I don't know if this is a setting or something to do with my computer? I didn't have this issue on my windows laptop, but now I have a new macbook pro M1, maybe that's something to know?

Thank you!

Try using another browser -- desktop Chrome or Firefox.  Make sure your browser accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

After a long search and problems with my page, the problem was found in my plan's cloud storage space. After deleting the files, the problem disappeared.

The files are in Lightroom.

Disable script blockers.

Or use another browser that doesn't have script blockers or VPN enabled.

Hi Nancy, I have the same issue, I can upload photo files to a grid but then when I go to view them on the live site they are not there, then when I click back into the editor, they vanish. I have tried both Chrome and Safari, cleared cache, blockers on both etc, and it still does not work. Can you confirm this is not a bug on the Adobe side? If not, what other steps might help resolve this issue? I haven't tried the direct from Lightroom options yet as I use Lightroom Classic which doesn't seem to be supported unless I am mistaken. Please advise as I have now lost two days of time trying to figure this out. Thanks for any support and advice which will quickly resolve this issue.

Are you signed-in to a paid Adobe plan?

Did you refresh your browser (Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5) after publishing?  See links below.

I am having the same exact issues and am logged into my paid creative cloud account. I upload the photos into the browser and whether I publish or not, the minute I preview it the image disappears and is gone. I have disabled script blockers and tried it on Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. This is the first time i've ever encountered this issue and I have 3 other sites through Portfolio that I was able to work on just fine months ago. Sounds like an Adobe issue.

Try clearing your browser's cached memory -- Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+R.

Changes don't become permanent until you publish the site online.

@defaultgmq44tmk1g8q  and @28762205xfmn,

Try using a different browser.  One that doesn't block scripts or have VPN enabled.

Adobe Portfolio recommends using the latest versions of desktop Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

If you keep having problems, submit a ticket to Portfolio's Help Desk.
