All of my files stored on the Creative Cloud Files have disappeared!!!!!

The Creative Cloud Files were a second backup to my local harddrive, and the files have all disappeared.  Any idea how to retrieve?  I have looked in the Archive and it is all wiped???????

Creative Cloud is so filled with problems.  If I don't go in for a while I have to spend over an hour to reset up. Now all my CC files are missing.  Hate CC!
