CC Files has 4.5GB out of 20GB, but says it's 100% Full

This morning I began to copy a few files into my local CC folder for automatic upload to the server. CC began the upload process, and then stopped saying that it was full.

I have 4.5GB of files in my CC local folder.

I have the default 20GB plan with CC.

I have viewed the Archive folder and it is empty.

Is there a fix I can do on my end to reset CC so the proper amount of available space is known by the app?

I will state again, in writing: Adobe, you have my permission to delete any and all files in my Creative Cloud Files area. I have backups of all files, and deleting the files on your server will not create a loss or damage my workflor or create a negative impact on my work process in any way.

However, spending 2+ hours on the telephone and 90+ minutes in chat does create a negative impact on my workflow.

Please delete the files that you need to delete to correct the problem.

Well, Adobe Support keeps e-mailing me and the chat keeps referring me here, so I'll repeat the information I keep repeating to support:

Case Number:0184696667. Please update the case with this URL: http://youtu.be/2bJJiTpaLi8 and http://forums.adobe.com/message/5668648#5668648. Ask support to read the description. Also, you are calling the wrong phone number. The phone numbers I have entered in my account are correct, but the numbers you have are wrong. Support may wish to read the URL's provided above.

Hi Ken. I replied by e-mail 11 days ago and Creative Cloud Files on my desktop still indicates that no space is available.

Any and all files in my Creative Cloud files storage may deleted, hidden or otherwise.

Thanks
