1 file(s) could not be uploaded. Filetype not supported. I get this error everytime I try to Upload jpg, png, and webp through this website (psd,ai work):
https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents
But if I go to this part of the website it works with any file:
https://assets.adobe.com/files
I'm curious what the difference is between the two. I can go to another computer login and access both links and download files. Using this service primarly as a backup tool or switching from my personal to my work station. I just don't want to upload all my files and something change in the future or lose my data.
cloud documents are adobe app files. your sync folder/website accept all file types.

you're welcome. (and don't forget, adobe sync folder files will stop syncing in a few months.)

Found the announcement https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/eol-cc-synced-files-for-business-plans.html
I don't mind losing the sync feature but will the cloud storage still be available?

Hi there, is the 100GB creative cloud storage (in 'assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents') no longer able to be used as an LFT service?
Previously I used this 100gb folder as LFT, to upload files for my clients to download. These would be mp4 drafts / master files or zipped folders containing images. Now I get error message '1 file(s) could not be uploaded. Filetype not supported.
I understand file syncing is being retired, so there's no way to upload that way either.

I'm experiencing exactly the same thing. Any solution?

for those file types you need to find a solution (eg, onedrive, google drive etc) outside adobe.

I have the same problem, and understand the answers that have been written here, but I got to get this out; I am a simple photographer, ie. not a part of a bureau, like I have no co-workers that I need to share/co-edit files with, I just need to be able to send finished jpg's to my customers, and now that the free Wetransfer have become quite limited, I have been looking into using the storage that come with my Adobe photography plan, but, my free 20GB is worthless in terms of thát....???
Exactly WHAT benefit does I have from having those 20 GB included in my photography plan, being a simple photographer, and not having co-workers that I need to share/co-edit files with...???

there's no significant benefit unless you're sharing files with others or yourself.

Really silly that jpg's are not supported, though....
