I've been using the CC file storage for a month. I recently uploaded a bunch of new data and got a warning that I'd exceeded my 20 gb limit. When I went into the archive, I started deleting files and folders, but soon get an error message that asked me to "please try again". Deleting ceased to work.
I've since completely emptied the Creative Cloud folder on my computer, but when I go to Creative Cloud.com it shows I've "used" 13.2 gb of my data and, strangley, three folders of my files continue to appear.
When I try to go to the archive, I get a message: "Page Not Found". Seems as though it doesn't exist anymore or there's no way for me to access it.
Through all of this, file synching continues unless I pause it.
I'd like to just clean everything out and start again, but it seems there's no way to access the archive. I'm running the latest version of CC desktop on Windows 7 and use other apps such as Indesign, Photoshop, etc.
Any ideas?

the name of the faulty folder is Testzone, it's the only one in there anyway.
Thanks!

I still have issues with one folder named Testzone. It's like it don't really exist but keep showing up. It can't be sync or archived. Can you just delete it on your side. Because everything else seems to work just fine!

Could you try emptying your Archive again and see if you can do so successfully now?

I got the delete error message when I tried to delete permanently multiple folder at the same times. But I deleted them on by one after that and it work.
It work for all files with one exception. I have a folder that I tried to delete and it won't with the message "An error occurred, try again"... After a couple time I tried to restore it to see what is inside... When I tried to see the content, I get a "Page not found"... And now there's always an error when I tried to archive it again (There was an error moving 1 items). I tried with empty cache on Chrome and Firefox with the same result.

Hi Gsg-ltd,
Is it okay if we empty your archive from our side?
