Elemente können nicht gelöscht werden

Hallo,

ich hatte längere Zeit ein Abo für alle Adobe Produkte und habe nun auf Bildbearbeitung Paket gewechselt. Das heißt das ich jetzt weniger Platz in der Cloud habe und diese jetzt überfüllt ist. Also wollte ich Dateien rauslöschen aber immer wenn ich Elemente rauslöschen möchte kommt die Fehlermeldung "Elemente können nicht gelöscht werden" und die bereits gelöscht wurden kommt die Fehlermeldung "Elemente können nicht entgültig gelöscht werden". Ich habe wie in Creative Cloud App sowie auch im Web den Vorgang probiert. Beides ohne Erfolg.

what exactly are you trying to remove?

 

a program (eg, photoshop elements) from your computer?  files stored on adobe's cc file servers?  something else?

I am trying to remove files stored in the adobe cloud. I had mp4 files for Premiere Pro. I dont need them now.

I did exactly the same thing as was shown on this link, and after I click on delete, there come a popup wich says "Elements can't be deleted" but in german.

contact adobe support and see if they can remove or unlock it.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
