I created a library and I am trying to share it with my team. When my team clicks the link or if I try to view my library on the web, it leads me to a page that says "Error 404: Asset not found." How do I get this library to show up and be sharable? The same issue happens when I try this using Ps, Id, and Ai.
Although the link takes you to a dead-end, apparently the Library is still shared. The solution we found was this:
The person I shared the Library with goes to their notifications inside of their Adobe account and accepts the shared Library. In this case I was sharing with someone that uses Adobe Express.

I'd like to be able to share my library with the 'Get Link' option as there will be many people who will have the option to access the library and I won't necessarily know their email. I'd also like to be able to use the 'View on website' option. Thank you.

click the three dots next to the share (3) icon, pick your share settings, copy your link to your clipboard and disseminate as you desire.

That's what I've been doing. When someone clicks the link it brings them to the 404 error in their browser.

There should be none. I've used the 'copy link' button as seen in the picture as well as manually copying and pasting. Are there any other solutions? Thank you,

inspect that clipboard link for errors. also, clear your adobe.com cookies and/or use a different browser with your link.
i don't know of any other solution other than moving the files to another file sharing service.

I have the same issue. Adobe just tossed me around four or five agents and just told me to post it here. It's pretty disappointing their disregard to any of my requests for help. I do not advise anyone to trust Adobe's storage services.

Hi @sofiaperpetua,
We're sorry to hear about your experience. In addition to @kglad suggestions. Could you please share the logs with us via private message? Please share the file with us by uploading it to cloud storage & sharing a link with us to download the file via PM.
Here is the link to generate the logs: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html.

This is still happening in 2024. Not sure why this is such a complicated thing for Adobe to fix? A coworker created a shared library with a bunch of stuff in it. She shared it with everyone on my team using their email addresses associated with their Adobe accounts. When we try to access in any Adobe app, we don't see anything. When we go to the Libraries web portal, we can see the library, but there is nothing inside of it. This is extremely frustrating.
I've tried using the Creative Cloud Library Cleaner app, and then signing out, restarting, signing back in and reinstalling all the apps. Shared Libraries still will not show anything.

thank you.
that's the cc cleaner tool, but i didn't know you could designate the cc library when running it. good to know.
you can contact adobe support and see if they can help, or actually the library owner should contact support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Same thing happens to me. Super frustrating. I dont know how else to share edits on photos from lightroom unless I use a 3rd party like flicker. Such a shame!

Photoshop libraries locking up after using for several minutes. Can not replace linked library items or scroll thru library palette. If I quit out and restart, it will work again for about 15 minutes and then lock-up again. ?
