Help with error invalid credentials

Hi I am trying to download illustrator and InDesign from my creative cloud. When I am logged into my cloud and then click on install a window pops up that says Open creative cloud Desktop app? And it says creativecloud.adobe.com wants to open this application then I click on open creative cloud Desktop app and it gives an error: invalid_credentials ...

Do you have the Creative Cloud Desktop App installed on your system?

Where are you Selecting to INstall those 2 programs from? Over the internet from the CC Website?

you need to install the CC Desktop app on your computer and from that app/program install the other programs you have a subscription for.
