I have a very specific problem regarding my computer being able to access the Creative Cloud. At work, I am able to use everything perfectly fine, but trying to use my home computer, I am unable to access any of my data and I have done all of the suggested solutions to attempt to fix it.
For example, I have cloud files saved for Adobe Illustrator that I was planning on working on from home, but I have no way to access them from my desktop, as Creative Cloud doesn't work, and none of the services are available on the website in terms of plans or accessing devices. It seems to suggest a problem with the desktop itself as I am actually able to access the files from adobe web, but I don't intend to work with Photoshop Web as opposed to the desktop version.
I have tried running the host reset program, going into command prompt, updating my time zone, clearing out the files and allowing everything on my firewall settings, but nothing seems to work. I have removed 1 of the 2 devices on my account but ironically I can't add this one as I'm unable to connect to the servers from this computer to do so. According to the live tracker the servers are fine and I am able to access them perfectly well from my old laptop, so I am truly stumped in terms of what the problem might be. If anyone has any suggestions that might fix this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello, sorry for the late reply,
I've tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling and it's still not working. It's still on the initializing Creative Cloud. Is there any way to fix this or is the sync folder issue unfixable?
thanks

Would being on a private ethernet network have something to do with it?

Ah okay this clears up a lot, thank you very much.
unfortunately I don't have a wireless adapter for my PC, does this mean adobe creative cloud will be unusable until I'm able to get one?

I've finally done it, the app is working again.
I had to reset all of my firewall settings to its factory state which may cause some other issues but I don't mind, and switched my network to public. It was an issue with a previous version of Adobe Animate that I had that was being detected and causing Adobe to misread it, so I deleted the original file off of my hard drive and cleared everything out. All of the other fixes regarding the firewall never covered this so I never came across it but now it's all good.
Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it!
