merci

Please ensure that your system exceeds the basic requirements to use the latest Creative Cloud apps & services.  Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro use a great a deal of resource. I would limit use to one app at a time to conserve resources.

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
  • MacOS 14 (Sonoma), 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur).

Hope that helps.

The more complicated the project files become, the more memory they consume.

How much available hard drive space and RAM memory do you have on your Macbook Pro?
