Hi,

Many thanks for your tip!

Unfortunately, I have no "serviceconfig.xml" file. Is it normal?

Hi @kglad , many thanks for your help!

The "serviceconfig.xml" re-appeared magically at /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/  !

Adobe Customer Service advised me to:

- quit Creative Cloud app

- go to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/

- copy the "serviceconfig.xml" file on the desktop

- open the copied file with Text Edit

- change the "false" balise with "true"

- replace the "serviceconfig.xml" modified file in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/

- open Creative Cloud app and log out from account

- log in again

---> it worked!!
