I am not able to sign out from creative cloud
I got the sign out button to be clickable by:
1. Quitting Creative Cloud app
2. Opening Task Manager
3. Terminated every app I could find starting with "Adobe" and "Creative"
4. Once done, relaunched Creative Cloud. The button was first grey but after a second or 2 it turned read and I could sign out.

Hi Puneet,
We are sorry for your difficulties as you are unable to sign out of Creative Cloud. To investigate the issue, could you please let us know if it is a Creative Cloud desktop application or on the web (assets.adobe.com). Also, help us to know the OS version and Creative Cloud version installed on your PC. Do you see if the files in the creative Cloud are syncing? Please share a screenshot to understand the query more precisely. Please check if the application is up to date.
We are here to help, it's just that we need a little more information.
Regards,
Neelam

This same thing happens to me all the time and it is incredibly frustrating. 'Sign Out' is greayed out and I cannot sign out of my personal account to get into my work account. Is there a fix for this? It's such a time waste and needs to be fixed.

I clicked on the blue circle, and the "sign out" was greyed out and unclickable. I figured out to click on it and then let the menu sit open for a minute or two. Eventually, the greyed-out "sign out" will turn red, and then you can click it.

Chances are your auto update is enabled and its running updates. You will not able to log out until an update is running. You can cancel the update on the apps tab or wait until updates are complete.

Hopefully this helps someone, but here's how I could sign out from Creative Cloud Desktop App (on Mac) when Sign Out was greyed out:
- from upper left corner: Creative Cloud > Quit Creative Cloud
- Open app again
- Sign Out should be red instead of grey

or just reset the app
