Hello, my solution to this problem is simple like adding any letter to this file (AdobeIPCBroker) example AdobeIPCBrokerSSSS
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\IPC
copy and paste in your explorer or just follow the route
please help me in my project by following my instagram page thank you guys @smoothdesigns
Thank you so much @santiago p for finding this!
So much easier than the other workarounds we've been using.
As far as I can see, CC Desktop still works fine with that file disabled.
Cheers, Dave.

Just today updated to CC Desktop version 6.2.0.554.
Delighted to say that the issue seems to now be fixed.
AdobeIPCBroker.exe is now intact again, but Muse is still running!
So glad that Adobe actually seem to have fixed it!
Cheers, Dave.

I have encountered many Muse users that wish Adobe's renewed support for the app. This is not surprising, as many 1000s of users have come to develop websites for their clients for the past 10 years. How can we communicate such a vast need for Muse application support?

It would restore some faith in Adobe by many long-time customers... and would even restore some faith in their subscription model. At this point, the only reason I'm still subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud is to wrap up some proejects in MUSE and be done with Adobe for good. I am already using Affinity photo and design apps, among others... including Resolve, (or reverting back to FCP) and diving more into open source tools. It's a shame to see Adobe go downhill like this. Perhaps they will make amends with their userbase.

That version of the application manager is ancient.
I would be very surprised if it works with current app versions, or even gets accepted by Adobe's servers!

What is actually happening? Is Muse opening with the FTP fields filled in and then crashing, or are the fields blank, and you can't type into them?

Hi,
Many thanks for your reply.
No, the ftp fields are empty and when I try to input it now just crashes.
It used to be that if I went it airplane mode I could complete these fields, then went online again and it would publish.
Suppose i will now just have to start using Dreamweaver again :-((

Ah, that's what I was going to suggest, disconnecting the internet connection, run the FTP dialogue, and try filling in the fields after putting the connection back.
There is a rather annoying bug (or just a piece of poor programming!) in Muse where if it can't connect using the FTP credentials given, it just crashes instead of putting up an error message.
Looks like you've effectively already tried that though.
The only thing I would try now is to disconnect, and then put the necessary FTP credentials in, and then save the site and close Muse. Reconnect, and then run Muse again and see if it has remembered those credentials. If it has, it may just work.

Hi there,
The new updates appear to have foiled this work around 😞
I'd really appreciate some help from someone smarter than I am on this 😞
I get into Task manager, disable all the Adobe programs, even disable the "keeps working in the background on my profile), did the IPC change to the file name, took my computer off line and the Adobe licencing page STILL pops up 😞
Is there another work around or am I missing something 😞
I went to your Youtube too ..... this is REALLY frustrating as a small business operator that I can't do the updates and changes to the website that I have been able to do for the last while .
Any ideas or help from anyone would be appreciated !
Thank you
