Hello. Sorry if I have missed this but when will the app match the new desktop site? I can't access my work via the app on my phone.
As per your screenshot, you're using the Adobe Express app. Also, the new version of Adobe Express on mobile is not available at this time. The new Adobe Express is only available on desktop via a web browser. Mobile is coming soon! For now, the existing mobile app experience will remain in place, and there will not be a mobile web option at this time.

i don't know what your desktop app messages are and i don't know what your mobile app messages are. you have to convey that information.

restart your desktop computer.
then reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground and press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
see if any syncing activity is occuring. if yes, wait. if no:
restart your mobile
on your mobile, recheck your files

Nope. My app is still telling me "express on desktop mobile coming soon". This isn't helping me with work.

I'm not worried about the desktop PC version, since the update, my phone app isn't syncing with what I've done on the PC?

the work on your cc has to sync with adobe servers, then adobe servers have sync with your mobile, in that order
