Where can i find the creative cloud folder?

Hi!

i can´t find the creative cloud folder on my mac. i have tried to download creative cloud several times but never get the creative cloud folder up...

open your cc desktop app > files > open cc sync folder (at page bottom).

this is so frustrating - i had to reset my pc - only to find out when i went back to reinstall all my adobe apps that i could not use my local cc sync folder. All in the heat of the moment when i needed my files and missed my dealine to handover.

By the way - I LOVE MY LOCAL SYNC FOLDER. not happy why i can't have it. anyway my issue now is - there is no open sync folder on me CCD app - what do i do?

it's been renamed but all the files are there (except shared files that aren't yours).

i can't find my files that were on my local via CC sync. and i can't see any other folder in CCD that may suggest what you are saying - what am i missing?

you can search your file system for a folder containing "creative cloud" (followed by a slew of appended text), if you don't remember the location of your cc folder.

and the files are still available online.

The post you mentioned is indeed an answer to my question. I am however extremely disappointed. This is probably finally enough to make me switch to competitors' service. The cloud service is essential for me, working on multiple workstations. Such a shame that greed always triumphs once you monopolise a sector...
