Could you please help me with "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS" and reset my activation acount?  I am using AED 3.0 with a TOSHIBA laptop computer (Windows 7) and the only eBookreader, Tolino. Tolino asked me every time for an authorization when I transfered an ebook from my laptop computer. Now I authorized my Tolino too often and can not reauthorize again. As instructed I am trying to get someone from the support to chat in vein.Therefore I try this way. It would be a great help, if you could respond. Thank you very much.
