I cannot access to my account in the Adobe Digital Editions app on desktop

Hi. I bought an online book some time ago that can only be read in Adobe Digital Editions app. At that time, I signed in the app and had access to it with no problem. Now I reseted my computer and had to sign in the app again and its not working, the app says that the account I am trying to sing in has not purshed that book. Do I have a different account in Adobe that I dont know about? Or is this a technical problem? Can you help me figure this out?

My account is: juliana.salamone@gmail.com and the book I purchased is called Sustainability Handbook.
