    Has you Digital Edition and you reader authorize with the same Adobe ID?

    My Kobo is authorized. i don't know if my computer is authorized. if it's not how do i authorize my computer? I did buy a new computer so maybe it's not.

    Start Digital Edition.
    Press ctrl + shift + d.

    Accept that remove the authorize when get the prompt. (If not skip the point)

    Go to help > Computer authorize. Enter your Adobe ID data.
