Sharing ebook purchased on my PC with my iPad

I bought a ebook using my pc, then installed Digital Editions. I also installed Adobe DE on my iPad, but the book I bought does not show in the Library, like it would on a Kindle book. How do I get that ebook onto my Adobe DE library on my iPad?

    You can use iTunes to transfer the file – under Settings select Apps, scroll down to the File Sharing apps, select ADE, add the book; you might be able to email the ACSM file or book and "Open in ..." on iPad; you can use Dropbox to transfer the book.
