Doesn't open any file created so far

I don't know what is happening, the program opens, but i can't open any file I've created in the past (either it was created las week or 3 years ago).
This is happening not only in my computer, but 3 of my coworkers tried it and it's the same thing. It never opens the file.

Can you try these reccomendations? Dimension viewport is blank | Dimension (adobe.com)

I believe that's only for windows, I'm not finding ir for Mac...

I am able to open my old file that was created in previous version of Dn. I save and then reopen it again. The quality is changed as I get this note. Please check What's new | Dimension (adobe.com)

If you have Stager try to open it in Stager , export as any 3d file and import back in Dn.

Is it possible to share your Dn files via any cloud for testing?
