Error- You need to restart the application

i recently installed Adobe Dimension 2020 on Windows 10 Pro.
1. I start the program
2. Click on "Create new"
3. I select a cube and drag it into the project.
Immediately I get an error screen.
The app asks to restart the application.
However, the problem occurs every time.
I attach the error and kindly ask for support.

Furthermore, I inform you that the computer I use is:

• HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation
• CPU: Intel Core i7 8700
• SSD: 512 GB
• RAM: 16 GB
• Video card: AMD Radeon Pro WX 7100 Graphics (8 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
