Hi.

I have a flat box (Sachet) with Texture image on. I want to apply a Normal Map that only effect the outer area of the front face, is that something achievable in Adobe Dimension. (See effect made instead in Photoshop).

I create an image in Ps like a frame with white background, export it as jpg and then load into Normal as an normal map into Dimension. Another image has been loaded as a Material in Property panel. You can load your image as a decal also instead material. I get this..

Thanks. I made a normalmap based on the size of the decal and made some adjusment of the map Height, and now it's as planned!

I use two decals on one Model. The top image is a png with frame that has been created in Ps. You can use any pattern or effect to create any effect as frame on transparent background? Is this a solution for your task?.

Hi Ares. I have a object with image applied covering the full font face. I have a NormalMap that I want to use simulating bump effect, but only effect the outer border on font face. I accomplish to get the Normal Map effect the whole front face, but I can't figure out to make it only effect part of front face.
