Problem with an error message

Hello everyone,

I'm having a little problem with importing a 3D model into dimension.
I exported my 3D layer from Photoshop in OBJ format and then I tried to open it in dimension but I get the same error message every time "Your request could not be completed because Dimension does not recognize this type of file".

Could someone please help me.
Thanks in advance.

1st a 3D layer and a 3D model are different things... Adobe Dimension can open OBJ models from Photoshop as long as they have Jpg or Png textures [or no textures] but it can't open a 3D layer or any model with older file type textures such as Bmp for example

also Adobe dropped 3D from Photoshop when they moved to Metal drivers so which build of Photoshop are you using... a screenshot of the model and the export settings box would help a lot

Hello,

In first thanks you for your answer , about the texture how can we know what kind of texture we have?

In my 3D layer at the property level, the texture veneer is based on "scaling" and in the effects of my 3D layer the textures are called "base colors". But I don't know what this means.

Basically I imported an Illustrator file to transform it in 3D OBJ format and to be able to use it on Dimension.

Concerning the version I use, it's 23.5.1

When I export to 3D format I use this configuration. (File attached, sorry it's in French)
